Christianne (Chris) Miller and to many Cookie, passed away peacefully on December 9, 2025, at the grand age of 94, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, generosity, and love that touched everyone who knew her. She was predeceased by her parents, Benjamin Painter Sr. and Christiana Dosch Painter, her son Duayne "Scott" Miller, and her brothers, Benjamin Painter Jr. and George Painter.

Chris is survived by her beloved children: her daughter Glenda (Miller) Zielke and husband Don; her son Daryl Miller and his partner Cindy; and her son Kevin Miller and his wife Holly. She also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren who brought immense joy to her life. Chris is further survived by her sister, Betty Kemper, along with numerous nieces and cousins.

Chris dedicated many years to Bell Telephone and proudly served as an Avon representative for over 40 years, forming lasting friendships along the way. Known for her incredible baking and cooking, Chris never let anyone leave her home hungry. Whether it was a meal, a dessert, or a plate of treats, she found joy in sharing her kitchen creations with others.

A talented crafter, Chris delighted in making ribbon flowers, angels, and other handmade treasures-gifts that many family and friends still hold dear. Christmas was one of her favorite times of the year; her back bedroom would overflow with gifts, baked goods, and treats carefully prepared for everyone she knew.

Chris will be remembered for her endless kindness, her giving spirit, and the love she poured into her family and community. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will continue to shine in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
