(Suzie) Kass Stoltz
April 8, 1953 – October 30, 2025
Christina Suzannne Kass Stoltz (Suzie), 72, recently of Titusville, Florida, passed away on October 30, 2025. Suzie was born in Coral Gables to Sidney and LaVerna Kass. She attended Brenau University in Gainesville, GA and graduated from Florida International University in Miami. In college, she was a member of Delta Delta Delta and spent a year studying art history in Italy, during which time she was one of only two students personally invited to meet with renowned art collector Peggy Guggenheim in Venice. Suzie's love of travel and art continued to shape her life both professionally and personally. She applied to become a flight attendant with Delta Airlines but could not meet the strict height requirement. The interviewer, however, was so charmed by her humorous thank you letter that he shared it with friends in other departments; she was immediately offered a position in the Reservations Department where she worked for years, stepping down only to become a full-time mom to her three children. Suzie was a devoted wife, loving mother, and adoring grandmother. She raised her family in Satellite Beach where she was an active volunteer for Brevard Public Schools for nearly twenty years and a member of the Junior League of South Brevard for decades. Suzie is most remembered for her kindness and her creativity. She had the ability to transform ordinary things into something magical. She used her talents to create unforgettable birthday parties, homemade costumes, and Christmas memories for her family and friends; she also crafted beautiful works of art and accessories from upcycled materials and sold them in many local art and craft shows. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and LaVerna Kass and by her brother Scott Kass. Suzie is survived by her husband John (Sandy) Stoltz; her son, Michael Stoltz; her daughter, Christina Walker and her husband Joseph; her son, John Stoltz, Jr. and his wife Devin; her brother, Howard Kass; her sister-in-law, Janet Witzell; and three grandchildren, Samantha Walker, Lydia Walker, and Benji Stoltz.
