Dennis George Cazan, age 72, was called home on September 10th, 2025 in Punta Gorda, FL, due to complications from a late diagnosis, incurable and aggressive pulmonary disease.

From Whitmore Lake, MI

Dennis is survived by his beloved wife, Nancy (Williams) Cazan; his 3 boys Rick, Aaron, and Brandon Cazan, his grandchildren Breck, Nickolaus, Robert, Connor and Morgan Cazan,

his sisters Christine Cazan (Gibson) and Johanna (James) Cazan (Hernandez).

He is predeceased by his parents, John and Shirley, brothers Keith, Paul (Jerry) and Christopher.

Dennis was born in Ferndale, MI on June 23, 1953

On January 24,1976 he married Nancy Cazan

Dennis was a devoted father and husband.  He enjoyed boating, golfing and traveling. He was the president of the fireworks committee in Whitmore Lake, MI. He was always willing to talk to anyone and loved being with his friends. He had a larger than life personality and an infectious laugh.

He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.

Per his wishes, no funeral service will be held.  The family plans to have a Celebration of Life (aka "a party" according to Dennis' wishes) back in Michigan some time in June of 2026.
