Obituary
Eileen E. George (Springer) passed away peacefully on November 14, 2025 in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
She is survived by her two sons (Rick and Jeff), her daughter-in laws (Joy and Elizabeth), 4 grandchildren (Emily, Allison, Ryan, and Ashley), and great grandson Dylan.
Eileen spent the early portion of her life in the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania. Growing up in Bethlehem, she attended Liberty High School and took a job at Bethlehem Steel after graduating with high honors.
She relocated to Phillipsburg, NJ after marriage (Richard Gill) where she lived for the next 20 years. During that time, she worked as an Executive Director for Smokenders.
In 2005, Eileen relocated to Poinciana, FL with her spouse of 30 years, Jim George. She loved the Florida lifestyle and enjoyed all that it had to offer with her "Jimmy Puff". Including learning all about the horses at the track (a lifelong passion of Jim's).
In her final years, Eileen lived in Lakewood Ranch, FL where she made many new friends and left an impression on all that she encountered.
She is deeply missed by family and friends alike and will never be forgotten.
