Ernest "Pete" Parsons passed away Sept 3, 2025, at Cape Coral Hospital in Cape Coral, Florida surrounded by family.

He retired from Miles McClellan Construction in Columbus, Ohio before moving to Florida.   He enjoyed woodworking and working on projects.

He is survived by his wife Ellen; children, Steven Parsons, Tina (Tom) Borror, and Lori (Jeff) Bell; 7 grandchildren; siblings, Jan Baird, Barb (Curt) Vance, Ruby (Mike) Shutler, Rudy Parsons, Jack (Tracy) Parsons, Pam Van Fossen, and Donna Cox; in-laws, David Phillips, Susan Phillips, Joyce (Justin) Floyd, and Jill (Ryan) Volkerding.
