Survived by daughters Darleen Korpi-Schneider and Dawn Thomsen; sons Robert Korpi, Donald Korpi and James Korpi: five siblings, 15 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband David J Korpi; her parents Florence and Herbert Brown; brothers Edward and John Brown; sister Charlotte Angwin; sons Kevin C Korpi, David P Korpi; and grandson Nicholas Thomsen.

Florence met the love of her life David and a young age and aspired to a life of devotion as a wife and mother shortly after David graduated high school.

Her zest for life shone through in her love of games like bingo, cards, and mahjong with friends and family.

She cared so much for others that even after raising her family and moving to Florida she felt compelled to assist in the development of a support group for Traumatic Brain injury.

Florence's passion for cooking and entertaining ignited joy in family and friends, especially during the holidays.  Her legacy lives on through her children and grandchildren, as they carry forward her shining traditions of family and faith.
