JoAnn Mary (Sweeny) Roberts passed away on Monday August 11, 2025 at the age of 83. JoAnn was born in Detroit, Michigan and currently resided in Leesburg, Florida.

JoAnn is survived by William R. Roberts, her husband of 63 years. They were blessed with three children, Janet Roberts, Karen Anson and her significant other David Holt, and Tom Roberts and his significant other Chatrina Simons. They were also gifted with three grandchildren, Josh (Alie) Anson, Matt (Jordyn) Funk and Laura Funk and four great-grandchildren, Archie, John, Sam and Gabe. JoAnn is also survived by her sisters, Julie Helton and Jane Milligan and many nephews and nieces.

JoAnn was predeceased by her infant son John, her parents Delight and Tim Sweeny and sister Jeri Sullivan.

Funeral Services will take place at 12:30 am on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at Saint Paul Catholic Church, Leesburg, Florida.
