Linda L Groth, at the age of 73, died peacefully in her sleep on 8/18/2025 after a long battle with cancer. She was a longtime resident of LaFayette, NY and recently a resident of Christmas, FL. For over 35 years, she was a dedicated employee with the Onondaga Co. Department of Corrections at Jamesville Penitentiary. She participated in the yearly LaFayette Apple Festival, along with her husband Art (Arthur) Groth, as crafters selling their woodwork and ceramics for over 30 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Myrtle Potter, sister, Barbara Pritchard and son Thomas Pritchard. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Art(Arthur) Groth, daughter, Tammy(Chris) Luteran and grandsons, Hunter(Zack), Evan(Sierra) Luteran and Chaz and AJ Pritchard ; also sisters Susan Carrazco, Gladys Burgess; brother, Gerald Potter and several nieces and nephews.
