Millie Mosher lived a life marked by faith, service, and devotion to family. Born Millie Hopkins, she married Weston Belden at the age of 16. They shared 36 years of marriage until Weston's passing in1984 and together raised six children: Bonnie, Jan, Danny, Ron, Jodi, and Cindy. Millie later married James R. Mosher, with whom she shared 28 years of marriage until his death in 2016.
Millie was deeply committed to her Christian faith and spent much of her life serving others. She was an active member of Women's Aglow Fellowship International, where she led Bible studies and served as a keynote speaker at retreats and conferences. Alongside Jim, she worked as a counselor and missionary with Youth With A Mission (YWAM), participating in discipleship and training programs. She also supported missionaries in Panama through her work with the World Missionary Assistance Plan.
Millie is survived by her daughters, Bonnie I. Belden-Doney and Jan Fairbanks, both of Olympia, Washington, and Cindy Herringshaw of Orlando, Florida; and her son, Danny Belden of Boise, Idaho. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Weston E. Belden (1984) and James R. Mosher (2016); her daughter, Jodi S. Belden (2020); and her son, Ronald W. Belden (2021).
Millie will be remembered for her steadfast faith, compassionate heart, and the lasting legacy she leaves through her family and the many lives she touched.
