Patricia (Pat) Carol Lewis, 74, of Apopka, passed away peacefully in her sleep December 26, 2025, with loving husband Michael by her side.

Pat grew up in Long Island, NY and moved to Florida after graduating high school where she helped raise her nephews. She worked at Publix and Harris Corp while raising her 2 children. A longtime resident of Palm Bay, she moved to Apopka with Mike to be closer to her nephew Louis (Colleen) Avelli of Sorrento.

Pat was an accomplished Hair Stylist. She enjoyed sewing and taking care of her beloved cats. She was very generous, helping friends in need and donating to her favorite charities. She took care of her mother for her final years.

She also enjoyed traveling, taking many trips in search of Covered Bridges all across the Eastern States. She especially loved Hawaii and Vermont.

She will finally be reunited with her beloved sister Barbara, and her best friend mother-in-law Karen Lewis

Patricia is survived by son Shawn Boyer of Ocala, grandson Ethan Laboda of Ft Pierce, brother David Burghardt of Doraville Ga, brother-in-law James Lewis of Charlevoix, brother-in-law Andrew (Kerry) Lewis of East Lansing, and numerous Nieces and Nephews.

She was preceded in death by parents Fred and Dorothy Burghardt, sister Barbera (Anthony) Avelli, brother Theodore (Judith) Burghardt, daughter Pamela Laboda and parents in-law James and Karen Lewis.
