Peggy Myers Kerr, 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at 2:20pm on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. She was born on June 4, 1949, in Washington DC, daughter of the late Marnita Geiger and Thomas Myers. She was also predeceased by her husband James H. Kerr, Jr. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Rebecca Kyle; son-in-law, David Kyle; granddaughters, Morgan and Allison Kyle; her brother, Steve Myers; sister-in-law, Renita Myers; 2 nieces and 1 nephew. She also leaves behind her loyal fur baby, Sonny. Peggy was a beloved mother, grandmother, wife and friend. She was a nursing home Administrative Assistant in Memphis, TN for over 30 years. Family was everything to her and she had an amazing love for animals and life. Always smiling and the strongest person one will ever meet. Peggy left this earth on her terms and on her time, never in a hurry. A special thanks to Britnee Wood for your love and care of my mom over the years.
