Richard B.S. Knobler, 75, of Edgewater, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 7, 2025, after a period of declining health.
Rich was born on October 6, 1949, to Robert and Jeanne Knobler in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Rich graduated from Eisenhower High School in Norristown before continuing his studies at King's College and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
Rich enjoyed sharing his love for the Lord with others. He taught Sunday school, led countless Bible studies, and delivered many guest sermons. He was a dedicated fan of Philadelphia sports, especially the Eagles. Rich was passionate about serving those in need in his community; he founded the food pantry at Central Baptist Church in Middleborough, Massachusetts, and volunteered at the Homeless Outreach in Daytona Beach, Florida, upon his retirement.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 35 years, Vicki (Nunes) Knobler; his sister, Stacey Knobler; and his beloved nieces and nephews: Paige Stiles-Ennis, Christopher Knobler, Trevor Knobler, Claudia Stiles-Ennis, and Olivia Barr. Rich is also survived by Vicki's children, grandchildren, and great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert, and his sisters, Patricia and Deborah. He will be missed by those who knew him.
