Patricia Ann Banks (Wagers) Born on November 18, 1950 in Frenchburg Kentucky passed away peacefully in her home on March 24, 2022 in Belleview Florida surrounded by loved ones. She is preceded in death by her husband Willard Banks and her grandson Joseph Deaton. She is survived by her son, Jeffery Manning and daughters Barbara Preavett and Tammy Deaton. Grandchildren – Donald Deaton, Rebecca King (Spouse Ronnie King), Jessica Byrd (Spouse-Antonyual Byrd), Hayden Manning Jeffery Manning Jr, Cynthia Sims, Rachel Roberts, Desiree Manning and Twelve great grand -children and numerous other family members and countless amount of friends. She was cherished and loved by everyone she met.

Patricia made Florida her home for more than 50 years and spent 20+ years with the Marion County Health Department. Patricia will be deeply missed by her dearest family and friends.
