Patricia Smith Bradley , 83, of Maitland, FL passed away on March 18, 2025 at her home surrounded by friends and family. She was born on January 11, 1942 inKissimmee, FL to Frank and Annette Smith growing up in Haines City, FL. She was a graduate of the charter class at the University of South Florida in 1963 with the first BA in chemistry from that institution. She is survived by her daughter Denise Carman (Douglas), son Mark Bradley (Jennifer) grandchildren Amber Bradley and Christopher Bradley and special friends Judy, Pam, Tressa and Karen. Her 25 year career with the US Department of Labor-OSHA  began in Tampa and Orlando and led to Atlanta, Albuquerque, Lubbock and Houston as well as Washington DC, before retiring to Maitland in 2002. She loved good books, the beauty of Florida, San Francisco Giants baseball,  genealogy, any competitive women's basketball game, day trips with friends, working on her home and her cats.   A private memorial will be held at a later date.  The family would like to especially thank the caregivers at Granny Nannie's and Hospice for helping allow Pat to remain at home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Central Florida Public Media, WUCF TV, or AdventHealth Central Florida Hospice.
