Patricia Ann Calvert Matthews resident of Summerfield, FL, and long time resident of Naperville, IL formerly of Hinsdale IL, passed away on Friday, June 30th 2023.

Beloved wife of the late Benjamin Calvert, loving mother of George Masek, cherished grandmother of Jordon Masek, dear daughter of the late Fred and Helen Matthews, sister of Mike (Sue) Matthews and of the late Fred and Tom (Cathy) Matthews, aunt of Freddy and David Matthews, Sarah (Trent) Jacobs, Amy Matthews, Sarah (Todd) Burt, Melissa (Frank) Partida, James (Leonie) Meador and Katie (Clint) Rhea, great aunt of Gabby Matthews, Jordon Masek, Kaya Cooper, Emily Rhea, and Edwyn and Cirenya Jacobs.

Graduated from Hinsdale Central High School in 1963 and had a long and successful career in manufacturing and production. She was a wonderful seamstress and volunteered with the People's Resource Center teaching sewing locally when she lived in Naperville. She was an avid golfer and loved the game, eventually working at Boughton Ridge and Village Greens for many years. She nurtured her philanthropic drive as a member of P.E.O. She loved to travel and was very fond of the beach. She was witty and kind, compassionate, and cared for others with great love.

A celebration of life brunch will be held in her memory at 12 noon on October 15th, 2023 at Ashbury's at Boughton Ridge Golf Course, 335 E. Boughton Ridge Rd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440
