Patricia Dremak passed away with her son and her daughter at her bedside at the Gulfside Heather Hill Inpatient Unit in New Port Richey, Fl.

She was preceded in death by her brother Victor Klaco of Brimfeild, Ohio. She is survived by her son Mark and his wife Katie, her daughter Kristine, grandson Andrew Dremak, granddaughter Marie and her husband William Garrison, a niece Karen and nephew Victor both now in Ohio.

For 92 years Patricia touched the lives of many family and friends. Her laughter, smile, and sense of humor will live on in her children. Her family looks forward to the day when the pain in their hearts is replaced with the joy of their reunion.
