Patricia A. (Freeman) Neerdaels, age 74, passed away peacefully on June 15th, 2023 after a very courageous battle with lung and brain cancer.

Patty was born on October 24th, 1948 in Green Bay, WI to the late Martin and Amelia (Leiterman) Freeman.  She captured the attention of her soulmate, Dennis, at a very early age in life and they enjoyed 57 wonderful years of marriage.  Together they raised their three boys and worked alongside each other pursuing their dreams of owning their own business.  After years of taking risks and working hard, what had started out as a vending business out of their own garage ended up evolving into a very successul company (Kitchen Fresh Foods) which they sold to their sons back in 2000, thus beginning their new chapter in life of thoroughly enjoying the rewards in retirement.

Patty loved having fun with family and friends in Door County in the summers and in Florida in the winters.  She enjoyed travelling, painting, golfing, interior decorating and playing games; especially playing poker with her grandchildren and playing cribbage during "happy hour" with her husband.  Her true joy and happiness came from any adventure or event that involved her husband, boys and their families.

Patty is survived by her husband, Dennis; her three boys, Steven (Ann) Neerdaels, Timothy (Deb) Neerdaels and Brian (Kris) Neerdaels; grandchildren, Aaron, Justin (Katie), Megan, Krista (Greg), Ryan (Rachel), Jake (Olivia) and Josh (Phoebe); great grandchildren, Jax and Benny, along with many other family members and good friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin and Amelia; her sister in-law, Nancy Freeman and her two brothers, Paul Freeman and Roger Freeman.

The family would like to honor Patty's wishes so there will not be a memorial service.  Baldwin Brothers Funeral and Cremation Society, Naples is assisting the family.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to AVOW at avowcares.org in Patty's name.

Patty touched so many hearts and will be greatly missed and forever loved.
