Patricia Hoffman went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2021 at the age of 75.  She was born to John and Helen Routte in New York, NY on April 2, 1945.  Patricia is survived by sons, John Owen, Jay Hoffman, Todd Hoffman; daughter, Cristy Mathews; brothers, Mike Routte, Steve Routte, Joe Routte; sister, Sharon Blevens and many grand children and great grandchildren.  Patricia was also a part of the Women of the Moose and enjoyed life.  She will be missed by many.
