Patricia M. Hoffmann, 59, passed away on April 12, 2026 in Fort Myers, FL with her children by her side. Patricia was born in Fort Knox, KY on December 19th, 1966 and moved to Fort Myers at a young age where she remained a lifelong resident.

She is survived by her 3 loving children, Paul Robert McReynolds, Alexis Briana Hoffmann, and Brianne Mary Grace Hoffmann. She was preceded in death by her husband of 25 years, David Hoffmann, her parents, Robert A. Cerrato and Patricia L. Cerrato, and her significant other later in life, Gasper Spinella.

Patricia is also survived by her sisters: Catherine Mann-Seiple (Patrick), Janet Rhonehouse (Bill). She was preceded in death by her sisters, Judy Cerrato Williams and Susan Wiles (Don).

She is also survived by her uncle, Richard Cerrato, brothers-and sisters-in-law and many cherished nieces and nephews.

Patricia’s legacy was her love for family, and her children would tell you they never had to have a key to their home, because Mom was always there. She shared her parents’ passion for cooking, was the keeper of many family recipes, and also shared her parents’ love of gardening. She loved living in Florida, was a Jimmy Buffet fan, loved the beach and years of family gatherings and traditions.

Patricia faced her battle with cancer with such dignity, hope, and grace, never losing her strength or spirit, and always surrounded by her children.

A private funeral mass will be held at 10:00am on April 21, 2026 at St. Cecilia’s Catholic Church located at 5632 Sunrise Dr. Fort Myers.
