Patricia J. Huffman Watkins, 83, passed away on April 22 with her family by her side. Patricia was born in Grand Rapids Michigan to Wilson and Mary Sanford. She graduated from Creston High School and attended Davenport College in Grand Rapids, Mi. Patricia worked at Westinghouse Electrical Supply until she retired at the age of 59. After retirement, Patricia spent the summer months at her cottage in Newaygo Mi and the Winter months in Hernando, FL until she became a full time Florida resident in 2020.

Patricia strongly believed in her faith and was very family oriented. Throughout her life, she opened her door and lent a helping hand to anyone in need. Patricia was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, Aunt and friend and will be greatly missed.

Patricia is preceded in death by her husband Donald Watkins and her son Robert Curtis Latreille. She is survived by her son John Latreille (Brenda), daughter Robin Latreille (Mario Giese), brother Charles Sanford (Laurie), very near and dear friends Aron & Audra Brooks, grandchildren Chandler Giese, Kelsey Giese, Jacob Latreille, Derek Carr, Kristin Huffman, Heather Ortiz (Abe), Ashley Harris (Will), Erika Brooks (Luke), great grandchildren Jayce Sherrod, Layla Sherrod, Miles Ortiz and many nieces and nephews.

Celebration of life will be held at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place 1 North Causeway New Smyrna Beach FL 32169 on Tuesday, June 8 at 4pm.
