Patricia Ann Lafreniere (Patti) (80) of East Barre, Vermont, went to the Lord peacefully and with dignity surrounded by family on September 18 ^th , 2023, in DeLeon Springs, Florida.

Patti was born on December 6 ^th , 1942, to Arthur and Claire Lafreniere.

Patti had a huge giving heart and pursued a career in nursing, which was truly her calling as caregiving was her passion. Patti loved crocheting and spending time with her kids and grandkids. Patti is survived by Kristy Lafountain (Daughter) and Travis Campbell (Significant Other), Eric Lafountain (Son) and Krystle Lafountain (Daughter-in-law), and Andrea Hernandez (Daughter) and Juan Hernandez (Son-in-law).  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Laci Causey, Jenna Mehaffie, Lexi Crane, Jacob Hernandez, and Hunter Campbell.

There will be a memorial service hosted by Kristy, Andrea, and Eric at 11:00am on Sunday, October 8 ^th , 2023 at 9310 Florida Boys Ranch Road, Clermont, FL 33711.
