It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Mahatzke on November 15, 2024. Pat was born on September 26, 1952, in Hillsdale, MI., to Dale and Pearl King.

Pat met the love of her life and beloved husband, David Mahatzke and built an incredible life together. They lived in many areas from Georgia, Michigan and ultimately Florida. Pat was known for her strong will, unwavering determination, and love and support for her family. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, being outdoors, and thrifting of course.

Preceded in joining the Lord: Mother & Father, Dale & Pearl King and her husband, David Mahatzke.

Survived by sons Joshua Mahatzke and Christopher Mahatzke; daughters-in-law Amanda Mahatzke and Sarah Mahatzke; grandchildren Molly Mahatzke, Carly Mahatzke, Tristan Mahatzke, Michaela Barker and Brianna Barker, and she is survived by loving siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

While our hearts mourn the loss, we take comfort in knowing she is no longer suffering. In Pat's final thoughts she shared her love of her children, grandchildren, family and sincere thanks to friends and family who have supported and loved her throughout her life.

In honor of her final wishes there will be no memorial service, but the family would like to take this time to thank everyone for your love, kindness, patience and most of all love. Pat was aware of all the love during her final weeks, and we cannot thank you enough.
