IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Patricia
Marcello
June 14, 1934 – December 24, 2025
Patricia Marcello (Dumais ) passed away peacefully on December 24, 2025, entering the Kingdom of Heaven where she now rests in eternal peace. Patricia was a woman of grace and beauty—inside and out.
Born in Southbridge, MA, she was crowned winner of the "Miss Redfeather Contest," a pageant celebrating both beauty and intelligence. She modeled from time to time and had a comedic sense of humor, always being asked to bring her jokes to a party. Patricia was the devoted mother to three children, instilling in them from an early age the values of compassion, charitable work, and kindness toward those less fortunate.
Patricia had a remarkable curiosity and understanding of medicine, often serving as a trusted source of advice for friends and loved ones. She was an active member of the Hartford Junior Women's League and cherished the many friendships she formed there. She loved tennis, swimming, and was an exceptional cook.
Patricia married her beloved husband, Thomas, and after his graduation from UMASS, they began their life together in California before settling in West Hartford, CT, where they raised their children. Summers were spent at Cape Cod in the home they built with love, creating lasting memories with their family.
In her later years, Patricia resided in The Villages, Florida, where she faced illness with dignity, courage, and unwavering strength, supported by her devoted husband until her passing.
She leaves behind her devoted husband, Thomas; loving children: Diane Eisenberg (Joseph), Karen Bilka (Stephen), and John Marcello (Elizabeth); four grandchildren: Hillary Eisenberg, Eric Eisenberg (Kaitlin), Christopher Marcello (Alina), and Andrew Marcello (Brianna); three great-grandchildren: Nicholas, Leonardo, and Vivian Marcello; a brother, Peter Dumais; a brother-in-law and three sisters-in-law with their spouses and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Leo and Ellen (Callahan) Dumais. A special thank you to Patricia's sister-in-law, Joyce, her husband Jim, and their kind friends Dave and Penny for their unwavering support and friendship.
Her family and friends will miss her deeply and hold her memory close until they are reunited in Heaven.
