Patricia Lynn (Roberts) Telfer was born in Berwyn, Illinois January 29, 1943, to Glenn and Madeline (Whitbeck) passed from this life on March 26, 2025, in Tavares, FL.

Patricia is survived by her brother Michael (Gayle), two nephews, Christopher (Jesus) and Scott (Stephanie), and grandnephew Benjamin, grandniece Audrey, stepson Matt and stepdaughter Moni, goddaughter Mimi. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Pat grew up in Berwyn through her high school years, spending summers at Gregory Beach on Magician Lake in Michigan where she started many life-long friendships.

Pat retired as Director of Physical Therapy at St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana in 1998 where she worked for her entire career beginning in 1965 after her graduation from The Ohio State University, majoring in Physical Therapy.

After ten years of retirement in South Bend, Pat relocated to a home in The Villages, Florida, and then on to Lake Port Square in Leesburg, where she resided until her death.

Throughout her life, she made many wonderful friends wherever she lived and worked. She will be missed by all.

Pat volunteered for years with the United Way in South Bend, which supported a wide blend of charities. In that spirit, any donations in her name should be made to your favorite charity.
