Sevcik
April 23, 1943 – September 26, 2023
PATRICIA A. SEVCIK, 80, of Fort Myers, Florida (20 years) formerly from Bloomingdale, Illinois (34 years) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 26th at home.
Patricia A. Sevcik was born in Springfield, Massachusetts. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband, Edward Joseph Sevcik; her three children, Sharon Rebac (Danny), Scott Sevcik (Karin), and Steve Sevcik; her four loving and dear grandchildren, Annika Sevcik, Zac Rebac, Sawyer Sevcik, and Ava Sevcik; her brother, William Kervick (Mary); her sister in-law Christine Kervick; dear nephews, Brian Kervick (Tina), Chris Kervick, Scott Kervick; dear niece, Torey Kervick; and great nephew, Cody Kervick; and great niece, Rylee Kervick.
Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Kervick; father, Richard Kervick; brother, Richard Kervick; sisters, Peggy Berlin and Judy Kelly.
Catching Snook, Tarpon, and Redfish in the Gulf of Mexico were cherished fishing highlights of hers. Taking walks on the beach and collecting shells always put a smile on her face. Spending time with her family at Fort Myers Beach, Fox Lake, and Disney World were some of her fondest memories. In addition to family poker nights, shopping with her grandkids at Dillards and the Nike outlet was what she lived for. Watching and cheering on sporting events her kids and grandkids were in always made her so happy. She loved dancing the night away at The Last Resort, was a die-hard Chicago Bears and Bulls fan, and enjoyed watching March Madness basketball games on T.V. Her love for Costco hotdogs, Candy Crush on her iPad, and watching the weather channel were simple enjoyments of life.
A private celebration of life will be held in Patricia's honor over the holidays.
We will hold her in our hearts forever.
