Patrick J. O'Leary, 89, of Florida, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Thursday November 17, 2022. He was born on September 25, 1933 in the Bronx to Patrick and Nora (Kelleher) O'Leary.

Patrick attended Cardinal Hayes High School, Fordham University, and New York University Graduate School. A Proud veteran, he served in the Army as a Lieutenant from 1955 – 1957. In 1958, he married Barbara Foscante. They have four sons: Patrick (Alana) , Edward (Laura) , Stephen (Alison ) and Daniel (Chrisie).

He became a Permanent Deacon in May 1978 and served at St. Anthony Parish in Yonkers N.Y. His loving wife Barbara passed away in 1983. In October 1993, he married Joan V. Horton and gained three daughters: Janice (Jack) , Sharon (Phil) and Mariann.

He worked in advertising and finance at Westchester County Financial. He was a proud member of The County Cork Association for 70 years. His family has kept the tradition alive by marching behind the Cork Banner each year. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus for many years.

He is survived by his loving wife Joan, sister Betty Stahl (John) , his sons and daughters, sixteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren as well as his loving nieces Noreen (Jim) and Eileen (Christopher).

Services will be held at Our Lady Star Of The Sea on December 7th 2022 at 11:00 AM with services in New York to be held at a later date.
