Patty Jo Daniel Wall Patty Jo (Patty) Daniel Wall, 88, of Titusville Florida went home peacefully to be with her Lord on the morning of Monday, February 17, 2025. Patty was born in her family's home in Dry Creek, West Virginia on March 18, 1936 to Dovenor Glen Daniel and Opha Ellison Honaker Daniel. Patty grew up on a 100+ acre farm in the Coal River Valley of southwestern West Virginia. She often shared amazing, happy memories of her childhood in spite of the Great Depression. She was head majorette and "Miss Bulldog" (homecoming queen) at Marsh Fork High School. In the early 1950's she began spending summers with her sister, Georgene, and brother-in-law, Kenneth, and their children in Charleston, the capital of West Virginia, about an hour from Dry Creek. She met the love of her life, Ollie Wall, at Morris Harvey College in Charleston and they were married in 1956. They moved to Titusville with their children Mike and Beth in 1967. Patty loved children, with her career as an elementary school teacher culminating in helping start the kindergarten program at South Lake Elementary School in Titusville in the early 1970's, one of the first in Brevard County. She was an avid gardener, and was most at home with her fingers in the dirt. Patty and Ollie were charter members of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and remained active until retiring in New Smyrna Beach. Patty loved singing in the choir there at Our Lady Star of the Sea. Patty was a devoted wife and dedicated to her family. She was known for her kindness and uncommon generosity to all. She is preceded in death by her mother, Opha Ellison Honaker Daniel; her father, Dovenor Glen Daniel; her husband of 52 years, Oliver Henry (Ollie) Wall, sister Georgene Daniel DuBois, and brother Bobby (Bob) Glen Daniel. Patty is survived by her children Michael (Courtney) and Elizabeth Anne Wall Mitchell; her grandchildren Mandra Marie Mitchell Dela Cruz (John), Steve Monroe Mitchell II (Nicole), Rachel Michelle and Daniel Denham Wall; and her great grandchildren Sadie Grace, Blaire Rose and Tessa Joy Mitchell.
