Paul Franklin Collins passed away on June 12, 2025, just ten days shy of his 92 ^nd birthday. Paul was born in New Haven, Connecticut on June 22, 1933.  He was a Korean War veteran, a builder and recreational land salesman.

Paul was an accomplished trumpet player and led the Ye Old Jazz Band in the Villages Florida were he retired with his wife Joan.

He is survived by his wife Joan Kinsman Collins formerly from Honesdale Pa., Lake Ariel Pa., and the Villages Florida.

He is also survived by his children Mark Collins, Glastonbury Conn. Lori Scott, and Scott Collins of Palmyra Va., grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and stepchildren Thomas Howe and Susan Kwiatek of Lake Ariel, Pa.

Private services will be held by the family.
