Paul Edward Gera, 65, of Fort Myers, passed away at his home on February 5, 2019, surrounded by those who loved him. Born October 21, 1953 in Baltimore, MD., he was the son of Edward Paul Gera and Ilse Beyer. Paul was a marine engineer in commercial shipping prior to his retirement. He is survived by his loving wife Charlene Denise Gera (nee Sandridge), daughter Renee Karl, her spouse and Paul's son in law Bradley Strack, son Justin (Trish) Gera, and their son Royce and daughter Dahlia.
