Paul Anthony Millspaugh, age 39, Passed away on August 16th, 2020 in Ocala, Fl. Paul Millspaugh is survived by his mother, Mardi Philippe, of Lady Lake, Fl., his Father, Paul H. Millspaugh ., of Mount Holly, NC, his sisters, Amanda Millspaugh, of Lady Lake, Fl., and Samantha Philippe, of Belleview, Fl., and his Stepfather Samuel Philippe, of Lady Lake, Fl. He is preceded in death by his Stepmother, Becky K.C. Millspaugh, of Mount Holly, NC., Paul is also survived by his uncle, John L. Millspaugh, of Douglas, GA., his Aunt, Terry Coutee, of Epsom NH., and Grandparents, Charles H. Davis and Sylvia J. Davis, of Eastman, GA. Paul Millspaugh was a social man, who deeply loved his mother and family, he had a passion for painting professionally. He had a large and loving heart and would always bring laughter to those around him. His family and friends will always remember him as a loving person with an overindulging heart to all of those around him. We love you Paul, this life will never be the same without you in it.
