Paul Richard Shine, was born January 27, 1962 in Braintree, Massachusetts to Robert and Barbara Shine. He graduated from Braintree High School in 1980 before beginning his career in the culinary arts. After moving to New Hampshire, Paul worked as a sous chef and restaurant chef in for many years including The Country Inn and TR's Taven. He relocated to Florida with his wife in 1992, and for the several years he worked as a meat cutter for Publix. Paul loved to laugh and his sense of humor always had everyone around him laughing. He loved music, especially George Harrison and The Beatles. He enjoyed crossword puzzles and loved spending times with his dogs. Paul leaves his wife of 28 years, Cheryl Donovan Shine. In addition , Paul is survived by his brother Bill and sister-in-law Lynne of East Taunton, MA; In-Laws Robert and Charlotte Donovan of Henderson, NV; sister-in-law Heather Jury and her husband Steve of Scarborough, ME; many beloved nieces and nephews; his two dogs, Hansel and Gordon; close friend Trish Marrow. He was predeceased by his parents; sister Andrea; brother Jim; and treasured West Highland Terriers Angel and MacGregor. In lieu of flowers the family requests tjat memorial donations are made to The Schnauzer Love Rescue (schnauzerloverescue.net) an organization that was close to Paul's heart. A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at 11 A.M. at Baldwin Brothers Heritage Place, 2036 Sprint Boulevard, #10, Apopka, Florida 32703.
