Dr. Paul Francis Turowski,74, of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away on February 19, 2025. Paul was born on December 7, 1950, in Bay Village, Ohio, the son of Dr. Jacek "Jack" Turowski, D.O., and Helen Naomi Piron Turowski, and grew up in Avon Lake, Ohio. Paul was a graduate of St. Edwards High School (Lakewood, OH) in 1968. He went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Hiram College. He joined the Army in 1972 and served until being honorably discharged in 1974. From there he went on to meet and marry his wife, Patricia (Pezak). He then earned his doctorate from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Paul practiced medicine for many years, specializing in Gastroenterology or as he liked to say, "Guts and Butts". His heart truly belonged to the great outdoors. Whether it was riding on a cattle drive, fishing the vast waters of the Great Lakes, or exploring the rugged backwoods of Wisconsin, he held a deep admiration for the wilderness.

Paul was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandpa, brother and friend and is survived by his wife of 49 years, Patricia; children, Heather, Jason, Leah (Ryan) MacGillis; grandchildren, Annabelle, Naomi and Jacek. He is also survived by his brother John and numerous nieces, nephews, and their families.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Jacek and Naomi Turowski; his siblings, Ann Mead (Kevin) and Mary Donsante (Ray).

The family will be mourning privately and no public memorial service will be held.
