Paula J. Shores, 69, of Fort Myers, FL, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2024. She was born on January 2,1955 in Beloit, WI, the youngest child of Harold and Lois (Challoner) West.

Paula graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in 1974. Later attending Blackhawk Technical College to earn a degree in accounting. She worked both for Freeman Shoes and North American Tool Corp for many years.

Paula enjoyed a great deal of activities, like singing, dancing, and playing bingo with her friends. But what she enjoyed most was just being with the people she loved creating memories, whether that being going to the beach, riding a rollercoaster or two, or just a simple get-together.

She is survived by her daughter Margo (Josh) Young of Fort Myers, FL. Her only grandchild Jacob also of Fort Myers. Sibling James (Lynn) West of Holmen, WI; Terry (Ken) Lindblom and Bud (Pam) West of Beloit, WI. As well as many loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her former husband Dewaine Shores, as well as her parents.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in her hometown.
