Penela "Penny" Wright Rogers, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and passionate supporter of her family, passed away on December 19, 2024, at the age of 61. Born on January 11, 1963, in Lebanon, KY, Penny spent her life exemplifying love, faith, and dedication to her family and community.

Penny was married for 39 years to her loving husband, Danny Reid Rogers of Fruitland Park, FL, and together they built a family filled with faith, music, and unconditional love. She homeschooled her two sons, Tram Reid Rogers and Zachary Daniel Rogers, and later found joy in helping with her grandchildren and encouraging their growth and passions.

Her love of music was a cornerstone of her life, and she shared this passion with those around her. Penny's greatest legacy, however, was her ability to love unconditionally, making everyone feel valued and cherished.

Penny is survived by her husband, Danny; her children, Tram and Zachary, both of Fruitland Park, FL; her daughter-in-law, Ashley Rogers; her grandchildren, Liam Reid Rogers, Madison Hope Rogers, and her brothers, Wesley Scott Wright and Steven Kendal Wright.

Services to celebrate Penny's life will be held at the Eagles Nest Mobile Home Park Clubhouse in Fruitland Park, FL, on January 11, 2025, and a second service will be held in Kentucky at the end of January 2025.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ables Academy for Autism in Clermont, FL , to support a scholarship fund for Liam Rogers.

Penny's family and friends will forever treasure her memory as a source of inspiration, love, and unwavering faith. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
