Perry’s life was shaped by family, resilience, and a love for sports and working out. Growing up he moved often until he settled in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he created memories and relationships that stayed with him throughout his life.

A track star and proud graduate with honors from Matthew Fontaine Maury High school, Perry was known for his determination, competitive spirit, and athleticism. He gave his all to everything he loved and left a lasting impression on the people fortunate enough to know him.

He leaves behind a loving family who will carry his memory in their hearts, including his mother, Roseanne Miller; his father, Kenneth Miller; his two sons, Javontae Miller and Jaeden Miller; his brother, Kendrick Miller; his grandparents, Ruthanne Henry and Jerry Henry; and many other family members and friends who loved him dearly.

Rest peacefully, Perry. You are loved, you are missed, and you will always be remembered.
