Pete Ramos, 76, of North Port, FL, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 31, 2024, at Sarasota Memorial North Port ER Hospital surrounded by his family. Pete was born in Revanna, Ohio, on May 12, 1948, Raised up by Mr. & Mrs. Alvin Mills
Pete is survived by his wife, Susan, 2 Children, 6 Grandchildren, and 1 Great grandchild.
Pete was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend. He served in the Vietnam War in the Army & The Florida National Guard. He was a big fan of Ohio State Buckeyes, he enjoyed eating Mexican food and spending time with his puppies. Most importantly he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Pete's favorite bible verse was John 3:16. "For God so love the world that he gave his only Son, that whatsoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." He will be dearly missed but precious memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A honored Army Military Service will be held at Sarasota National Cemetery in Florida on July 1, 2024 at 10:00 AM. All are welcome to attend.
Memorial donations in memory of Pete may be made to The Florida Blind Society.
