Philip F. Shelly Jr., 74, of Philadelphia, PA and Fort Myers, FL, passed away at his home on Monday, September 4, 2023 of Parkinson's Disease. He was born on July 7, 1949, in Philadelphia, PA to the proud parents of Philip F. Shelly Sr. and Marie (Gaffney) Shelly.

Survivors include a lifetime of love with the love of his life, Ellen Silk-Shelly, for 45 years; he was the brother of three sisters: Katherine, Suzanna, Patrice and brother-in-law to Greg, who he and they deeply loved.

Phil's heart were his nieces, nephews and godchildren: Camille, Mike, Jennifer, Madeline, Harrison, Ryan, Bridget, Isabel and Scott. They were his most valued treasures.

Phil was an honest Broker and Realtor. He was always a soft, spoken gentleman with a dry sense of humor. Phil had a group of college buddies who were always there for him and he was always there for them, no matter what. The first love of his life is the Philadelphia Eagles. FLY EAGLES FLY…
