Phillip Wayne Grim, 76, of Ocala, FL, passed away on November 26, 2023 at Hospice of Marion County's Brandley House in Summerfield, FL.  He was born on July 15, 1947, to his parents, Fay and Avis (Randall) Grim in Richland Center, WI. Phillip graduated in 1965 from Blue River High School and in 1974 from UW-Whitewater. He also proudly served in the US Army and later in the National Guard. Phillip loved to hangout with his family and walking companion, Joe.  He enjoyed dogs, especially Bassett Hounds, and most recently his Shih tzu, Raleigh.

Phillip is survived by his brother, Gary Grim (Carol) of Wimauma, FL; sister, Lorna Meyer (Stuart) of Ocala, FL; and several nieces and nephews.

He will be missed by all who knew him.
