Phillip John Lofye, 81, of Leesburg, Florida passed away on December 6, 2023 after battling prostate cancer. Phillip was born on August 23, 1942 to Gilbert and Mary Lofye in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and later moved to Florida in 1978.

Phillip was a successful salesman in the Leesburg area and was referred to as "The Tool Guy" by his customers. He also enjoyed all sports and was especially good at tennis and softball. Phillip also enjoyed working on cars and had a talent for bringing well aged cars back to life. He was also an avid reader who loved to travel and find adventure wherever he went. Phillip was known for his great sense of humor and was often the life of the party.

Phillip is predeceased by his parents, Gilbert and Mary Lofye. He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Lofye, his son, John Lofye, (Christine), his sister, Carol Lewer, his brother, Gil Lofye (Jan), his grandsons, Matthew and James Lofye, former wife, Suzanne Desio, and former wife, Nancy Lofye.

Phillip will be missed by his friends and family. A celebration of life service will be held on January 6, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Tuskawilla Presbyterian Church, 3600 Aloma Ave, Oviedo, FL 32765
