Phillip Parris, of Orlando, Florida, leveled up and departed this earthly life, on April 22, 2026.

Phillip Lee Parris was born in Statesville, North Carolina on December 23, 1984 to George Michael Parris and Frances Claudette Mickles. He graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and enough credits to be a professional student. Phillip encouraged and tutored many friends to receive college degrees. He also could have had a degree in Street Smarts. Phillip was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at 8 years old. Phillip and his family was sealed in the Atlanta Temple on November 12, 1987.

Phillip is survived by three siblings, Kristopher Michael Parris sealed to Sarah Elizabeth, Joseph Keith Parris married to Erica Lynn and Tessa Deseree' Parris with William Becker. 

Phillip dearly loved his nieces and nephews. 

Kris and Sarah are proud parents of Zoe Elizabeth, Tristan Jakob and Quinn Elizabeth. 

Joseph and Erica are proud parents of Colby Joe and Kaylynn Capri. 

Phillip is also survived by maternal grandmother Evelyn Rose Shumaker and paternal grandparents Barbara and Furman Keith.

Funeral Services are scheduled on May 9, 2026 from 2:00PM-4:0PM at Hiers- Baxley Funeral Services, 9695 SW 110th Street, Ocala, Florida 34481.
