Phoebe Smith, age 73 of Holly Hill, FL passed away on March 6, 2017. She was born on April 15, 1943 in Sayville, Long Island and eventually moved to Selden, New York. She raised her 2 children Bill and Christine and after 27 years in New York, she remarried and moved to Daytona Beach in 1997.  Phoebe was a former IRS Tax Reviewer and became a Draw Bridge Operator on both the intercoastal water way and the St. Johns River for many years. She fought cancer vigorously.  She enjoyed riding on the back of motorcycles and driving her Mustang Convertible.  She also loved the ocean and the beach. She was the proud and loving mother of William Kwaak, Christine Stellino, Mark Smith, Kelly Denmeade and Wendy Seavers. Cherished grandmother of, Alexandra & Gregory Stellino and Katherine and William Seavers.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Visitation took place on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Baldwin Brothers Funeral Home in Ormond Beach, FL.
