Phyllis A. Taylor, age 90, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 3, 2026. 

Phyllis was born in Stow, Ohio on February 24th, 1936 to William & Ruth Stahl.

Phyllis lived many years in Ohio until relocating to Ormond by the Sea in 1988. She attended a community college and graduated with a Bachelor of Business degree. Phyllis went on to work at Pevonia International in various roles for over 30 years. Her coworkers became an extended family to her.

Phyllis' faith was top priority in her life. You would find her up at 5:30 a.m. to read her daily devotionals. She was a member of Riverbend Community Church. Being active in the women's bible study and various church activities brought her great joy.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents William & Ruth Stahl, husband Raymond and sister Patricia Strube.

She is survived by her step daughter Bonnie Hardin, John and Mike Taylor, Theresa Balogh, and Frances Taylor-Lavajetta. She has 4 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Phyllis is also survived by her beloved nieces Kim Sitko, Robin Korosec, Diane Lange, Juanita Reisner, and many great nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service will be held in Ravenna, Ohio.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, June 11, 2026, with Visitation starting at 5:30 PM and Service at 6:30 PM, and will be held at Baldwin Brothers Ormond Beach Chapel, 1185 W. Granada Blvd. #11, Ormond Beach, FL 32174.
