Polly Ann
Levis
May 13, 1937 – June 14, 2022
Polly was born on May 13, 1937, in Northampton, PA, the daughter of Evelyn (Bartholomew) Mast and Raymond W. Mast. She was the wife of Edward P. Levis of Palmerton, PA, for 31 years. Attending Northampton High School for three years, she then transferred to Liberty High School in Bethlehem, PA, where she graduated in 1955 with high honors. Later, Polly attended Allentown DeSales College for a year and went on to graduate from Northampton Community College with high honors in 1988, earning an Applied Science degree in the medical field.
Surviving is her husband, Edward P. Levis, of Ocala, FL, her beloved daughter, Kathy Ann (D'Huy) Johnson of Venice, FL, and her loving son, Gerard J. D'Huy and wife Sandra D'Huy of North Topsail Beach, NC. (Their father, Gerard J. D'Huy, deceased since 2012). There are three grandchildren: Connor D'Huy Johnson of Marietta, GA, Alexandra L. D'Huy of Charlotte, NC, and Tyler D'Huy of Syracuse, NY. Also surviving is a beloved sister, Deborah J. (Mast) Kroninger and her husband, Terry Kroninger, of Bethlehem, PA. Polly was preceded in death by her sister, Betty I. Boyle and three brothers; Raymond, Larry, and Robert Mast. Three nieces and five nephews and their respective families are among the surviving family members.
Polly did not feel the need to expound on her lifetime accomplishments. She firmly believed that "the Lord was already well aware of them all." Her intense love for life, family, and friends made her the person we will lovingly remember.
Interment will be held at Bethlehem Memorial Cemetery, Bethlehem, PA.
Further plans to be announced by the family.
