A Connecticut native, Priscilla was born at home in West Hartford, CT on January 19, 1923. Her maiden name was Spence. She was graduated from Lasell College. She moved to New Smyrna Beach with her husband D. Allen Hall in 1997 after many years in Miami, including being in their house when Hurricane Andrew devastated the surroundings. They both became active members in the United Church of Christ, New Smyrna Beach. Allen was finance officer and Priscilla was a choir member. While in the Miami area, Priscilla became a full-time travel agent with Travel Time which opened many doors for them to world-wide travel. When they arrived in New Smyrna Beach she allied with New Smyrna Travel and had prepared a trip to Washington, DC for the Artists' Workshop when 9/11 shook the industry. Priscilla joined the Harmony Sound Waves barbershop chorus in 1999 singing baritone. She also was active with Little Theater and is a Life Member of National Sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma. She is predeceased by her husband of 60 years and also her pet Sheltie, Chappie McDuff – both in 2006. She leaves sister-in-law Mary Hall and many nieces, nephews and friends.
