Richard Gregg Madill, 67 of Kissimmee and Apsley, Ontario, Canada died suddenly Monday, December 5, 2011. Gregg was born July 15, 1944 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He worked for many years as a NHL Referee. Gregg is survived by his loving wife, Judy.
