Ralph Allaby Hicks, 93, of North Fort Myers, passed away May 5, 2019 at Hope Hospice House in Cape Coral, FL. Born November 29, 1925 in New Brunswick, Canada, he was the son of Bynon Hicks and Ada Allaby. Ralph proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. He later worked as a governmental budget analyst prior to his retirement. Additional announcement information is forthcoming from the family.
