Born on May 9th, 1938, to Jose Roberto and Carmen Rosa Segarra in Santurce Puerto Rico.  Moved at 10 years old with his family to Manhattan New York, and two years later moved to New Dorp Beach, Staten Island New York, where he met the love of his life, Marjorie J. Segarra. Married in 1960 for sixty two & a half years. He loved his six children dearly, Sandra, Annette, Ralph, Lisa, Rebecca, and Terell. Along with three more sons, Jose, Steven, Timothy, and one more daughter, Sonia. He also had five grandchildren, Raquel, Sophia, Elisabeth, Jade, Jaylen, Mario & David. As well as four great grandchildren. And many nieces and nephews. Ralph was an unselfish & compassionate man. He is survived by his sisters, Carmen Navarro, Victoria Giunta, and Dawn Segarra. He touched many hearts and had many dear friends. Ralph was a jack of all trades, masonry, master fence worker, and had diversified duties at a welding supply company. Ralph was baptized as one of Jehovahs Witnesses in 1953 and served as an elder from 1973-2023. Known as a man of the scriptures of God's word the Bible. Ralph and Marjorie moved to Cape Coral, Florida in 2005.  He loved to help people, he loved the beach, food, his family and most of all his God Jehovah.  Ralph fell asleep in death at home surrounded by his family on May 13th, 2023. We look forward to seeing him again in the new world as promised in Gods word the Bible.
