Randal (Randy) Scott Spencer, (59) of Tavares, Florida, passed away on March 2, 2024.

Randy was a loving and supportive husband. He brought love and joy to his home. He enjoyed meeting people, visiting neighbors, and waving to passersby from his porch.

Randy came into his stepchildren's lives when they were young, but they quickly formed an unbreakable bond. He was their number one fan, was always there for them by giving his love, support, and encouragement. To the children, he was not a stepfather, he was their dad.

Randy is survived by his wife, Rebecca and three children, Calissa, Allison, and Kenneth. He is also survived by his sister Katherine Taylor. Randy was predeceased by his parents Charles and Doris Spencer, his brothers Mike, Steve and Dave Spencer and his sister Susan Souva.

There will be a small come and go gathering of family and friends to celebrate Randy's life on March 23, 2024 from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm at the Spencer's home.
