Randall C. Cooper was born in Fulton, NY on December 3, 1952, and he passed October 18, 2021, in Holly Hill, FL. Everyone called him "Coop". He served in the Navy as a CB. He is survived by his wife, Linda Cooper, daughter, Coleen Connor, granddaughter, Jenna Connor, and his brothers, Steve and Paul and their families. Coop is very dearly loved by his family and friends and will always be in our hearts. The Memorial Service will be held at 1:00PM Sunday, November 14, 2021, at The American Legion, 461 Walker St, Holly Hill, FL 32117.
