Obituary

Randall Joe “Randy” Howell passed away peacefully at home on October 17, 2026, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family.

Randy was born on December 28, 1961, in Twin Falls, Idaho. He spent much of his childhood in Missouri before making Florida his home for most of his adult life.

In 1989, Randy met the love of his life, Rhonda. Over their 37 years together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. They enjoyed spending time outdoors, searching for antiques, taking Sunday drives, and watching classic shows together.

Randy was a highly skilled master craftsman with a remarkable talent for building and creating with his hands. He was happiest tinkering in the garage, bringing his woodworking or racing ideas to life, tending to his gun collection, or lending a helping hand to one of his children with their latest project.

Above all else, Randy treasured the time he spent with his family and friends. Whether working on a project, sharing stories, or simply enjoying each other's company, it was those moments that meant the most to him.

Randy is survived by his loving wife, Rhonda; his mother, Emma Powers; his brothers, Art and Jerry Howell; his children, Randa, Justin, Jessica, Jason, and Joshua; and his beloved grandchildren, Gentry, Kason, Oliver, Colette, Bryce, Layah, Delilah, and Dylan.

Randy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His laugh, generous spirit, and the countless memories he created with those closest to him will remain a lasting part of his legacy.

A celebration of Randy's life will be held on November 7, 2026.
